1. Check the oil level of the liquid oil tank of the chamfering machine every week. If the hydraulic system is repaired, it should also be checked. If the oil level is lower than the oil window, hydraulic oil should be filled;
2. The hydraulic oil used for chamfering machine fluid is ISO HM46 or MOBIL DTE25;
3. The new machine should change the oil after 2000 hours of work, and then change the oil after every 4000 to 6000 hours of work. The oil tank should be cleaned every time the oil is changed;
4. The oil temperature of the system should be between 35 ℃ and 60 ℃, and should not exceed 70 ℃. If it is too high, it will cause deterioration and damage of oil quality and accessories.

2. The chamfering machine has related alarm or oil quality is not clean and other filter abnormalities, should be replaced;
3. The air filter on the liquid oil tank of the chamfering machine shall be checked and cleaned every 3 months and replaced every 1 year.
